What is Trailblazer?
Trailblazer is a free service that helps you:

✔ Learn new skills
✔ Meet new people
✔ Feel more positive about your future

Your Trailblazer Coach is here to help you with:

• Finding a job
• Writing a CV
• Preparing for interviews
• Building confidence
• Managing stress and anxiety
• Learning everyday life skills
• Meeting new people
• Getting into college or training
• Volunteering and work experience
• Setting goals and achieving them

Who Can Join?
You may be eligible if you:
• Are aged 18–21 years old
• Live in the Dudley Borough
• Are not currently in education, employment or training (NEET)
• Want support to build confidence and move towards your goals

You're not just another number.
We take the time to get to know you. There are no classrooms, no pressure and no judgement.

We'll work with you one-to-one, listen to what matters to you and help you move forward in a way that feels right for you.

Whether you're ready to find work now or just need to rebuild your confidence first, we'll support you every step of the way.

Refer Someone

We welcome referrals from:
• Jobcentre Plus
• Schools and colleges
• Youth services
• Housing providers
• Social workers
• Community organisations
• Health professionals
• Family members and carers (with the young person's agreement)
